We spoke with our customers to find out exactly what they needed to optimise their pasteurisation process. Our engineering and design team took this information and created the Unison Compact HTST Pasteuriser.

The Pasteuriser is 100% Automatic. It uses the Continuous HTST (High Temperature, Short Time) method of pasteurisation. This method is faster and considerably more economical than traditional batch pasteurisation.

With design and cleanliness in mind, the pasteuriser is completely enclosed. Emphasis was placed on the pasteuriser being as user-friendly as possible. Some flagship features that make our Pasteurisers so usable are one-touch operation and fully automatic CIP (Cleaning-In-Place). With no need to intervene with the process, you have the time to worry about more pressing matters.
